I have over 30 years of Personnel and Customer Service experience, 16 years Operations Manager V.P., 12 years Customer Service Manager and 4 years Tour Operations.  I have been coordinating travel packages for various businesses, negotiating contracts and developing marketing strategies. 

James W Shade

Owner

I have over 29 years of Customer Service and Transportation experience, 12 years Bus Operations, 16 years of Customer Service and Rail operations, to include 1 year of Field Supervision, 13 years Station Office, 3 years as Assistant Manager of Rail OperationsTraining and Development.
